Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your watch in its original packaging, including all straps, tools, and documentation to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Print and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
